Default Suitable batteries for cordless phones?

In our house we have 4 cordless phones - 3 Panasonic KX-TGA730E handsets, and a US Robotics 9630 cordless phone/Skype phone. All 4 handsets use AAA sized NiMH batteries. The Panasonic's state a capacity of 550mAH. The US Robotics states a capacity of 650mAH.

The US Robotics, and one of the Panasonics, need new batteries. I have seen these: http://www.play.com/Electronics/Elec...7|prd:12980527

The listed capacity is 1000mAH. Will these batteries work in the phones, or will I need to get ones of 550 and 650mAH respectively? I am aware that the charge time will be longer, but am not fussed by this.

Any rechargeable AAA battery will work. I have some Energizer Recharge 700mAh batteries in my dect phone, I think dad shoved the same in the rest and they're far better in terms of holding their charge after a period of months than our old Duracells.

Just checked my phone, mine's a Panasonic KX-TGA910E.

I'll look for some Energizers then, and replace all the phone batteries in the house probably. Thanks

Bought these Duracell rechargeables from Home Bargains earlier on, and they don't work, charge, or do anything at all in the US Robotics phone. Not sure what to try. Will attempt to leave them to charge for an hour and see if they work.

EDIT: Helps if you put them in the right way round I suppose -facepalm-
