Labtec keyboard

I baught a labtec keyboard and mouse some time ago, iv managed to get the mouse to work and connected it up but i keep putting new and old batterys in the keyboard to try get it to work but no lights come on nothing, Any ideas? maybe theres a switch somewere and i haven't seen it shoot me up with how to fix this

Are you 100% that the keyboard still works? Ifso whats the model, ill give it some research.
