Looking for a team to develop my idea with me (not for me). This is going to be a Habbo related "fansite". This isn't going to be your typical fan site hence the quotation marks and i know everyone says that, keep reading.

So i have:

• The idea
• The domain
• The Hosting
• The finances
• The Script(s)
• The template (currently under negotiations)
• Coding expertise and knowledge

As it stands:

Domain - (100%)
I have purchased the domain, i have had it for years but never done anything with it until now.

The Hosting - (100%)
Purchased and live.

Script (90%)
The script is up on the hosting, i have a few bugs here and there that i am slowly ironing out, but it works fine, just more personal preference modifications.

The finances - (100%)
Self explanatory, i'm not a young kid. Yes in the same breath why am i wanting to develop a Habbo "fansite" but this isn't going to be your typical fansite remember.

The template - (0%)
I currently do not have a Habbo themed template but looking and discussing with a few potentials here and there, i will provide this coded.

the idea - (100%)
The idea, it is a solid one and the site will focuses and evolve around this specific concept. Depending on how the site is received by the Habbo audience we could move onto further aspects and developments later on. But first things first. I do not wish to give to much away to the general public here.

I need help to develop this site i simply will not be able to do it all alone.

I am a very dedicated person, once my mind is set on something and i need that same commitment from you. Yes things happen in life that can hinder us, which is understandable.

Mature attitude
Again this is self explanatory, i do understand that general users on Habbo and Habbo related sites are of a younger audience. I have no issue with that however i do ask that you have mature attitude towards this position.

What is in it for you?
So i know you are sat their all intrigued and wondering what is in it for me, apart from working with me you mean? Once the site is operational. I am sure we can come to some agreement of compensation whether it be weekly/monthly in the form of coins/cash/gift cards, depending on your efforts and the sites statistics.

Programmer/Coder

Must have coding knowledge
I have coding knowledge and know my way around html/js/php the usual but working on previous sites being a lone coder becomes very tedious and stressful. I need someone to help me cut the work down, ajax would be beneficial. Examples preferred.

Graphical Editor/Designer
I personally have very little skill with graphics. I do not enjoy it, i need someone to edit/design Habbo related images. 99% of the time it will be copy -> paste -> edit -> save. Yet i do not have the skill or the software to develop images with out it taking me forever and day. Examples preferred.

I have been very vague on the idea and the concept, this is for a reason and you will find out a lot more if you are a successful applicant. I do promise you this is not going to be your generic fan site and will be targeting a different aspect of Habbo. It is not illegal or unethical in anyway e.g. hacking. It is going to be a legitimate fan site, with a twist. Upon research i discovered this concept has been attempted before but on a totally different level. Not at all mainstream which is what i want to change. This doesn't mean i am stealing the idea. I have been far away developing similar concepts for non related Habbo sites and i have come back to target this towards Habbo.

I have no proof to show yo my reliability etc but i have been a valid member for over 7 years at Habbox. Within that time i have been in many staff positions from rare values reporter to content manager (then web design manager) and Site Technician for many years at Habbox.

Experiences; I've been learning/coding php for over two years now and my experience has been the best! I've released a few things in the past, none have become big. I enjoy coding.
