I am pretty sure this is not new. There are so many auto typers that type a desired message every x seconds. It looks like this was typed every 5 seconds or w/e. It isn't an autotyper that responds to people talking because that's almost impossible to do and he didn't reply after every message.
I'm pretty certain it is a timed autotyper

Yeah Will, It was, XD, I never knew, until he told me, it was a runescape Auto Typer, but it also worked for Habbo 3:

They are against the rules and you can get banned for using them.

Yea they are third party programmes and people get banned for them all the time in LMS's (last man standing)
