    Default 30 year old sister.....

my sister is really starting to annoy me now

    she's 30, has a stable job & has 2 children

but she always spend all her money on crap like catalogs and cigarettes and stupid things and then she gets into a mess like she can't afford patrol & food for her kids and then she comes running back to her mummy who will happily 'lend' her money (which she doesn't pay back)

my mum can't afford to keep giving out hundreds of pounds for my sister to do the same thing

her excuse is her breakdown of her relationship which was a year ago. she can't just keep using that excuse, she needs to do something about it, shes a 30 year old grown woman for gods sake

the thing that annoys me is that she doesn't even pay it back and im starting to think shes just taking advantage of my mum

i've told my mum that she can't afford to keep giving her money but my mum just says 'yeah but she can't afford to feed her kids' which is understandable but it's not my mums fault it's hers

sometimes i just think **** it i'll just let my mum just keep giving her money but then i'll think no, it's her fault, she can sort it

I do understand where you are coming from, but it is your mums choice at the end of the day and I would probably do the same thing when I have kids. I guess it's one of those things you won't understand unless you actually experience it. But you could try and persuade your mum to talk to your sister atleast and explain that she can't give money that often - but like I said, it is your mums choice and there's not much you can do there.
