How much are Rare Sea Thrones?

I haven't really seen them around Habbo so I'm not quite sure... Would it be a wise/bad move to buy it from catalog for 25 credits and 30 shells?

Well, I've noticed that a few people were selling at 50c which would mean 25c and 25s (shell) totalling 50c if we used a shell as 1c.

Now, I was rather shocked the other day to find someone selling one for 33-35c can't remember which is was but it was definitely around that mark. I'm not sure if someone bought it but I've noticed they have been balancing between the 30-50c mark but I'm again not sure if they will go higher once they are out of the catalog.
