Heya so I just scanned my laptop and it says its health is poor, so I clicked clean up but you have to pay. Does anyone know any free safe software what could do this for me?

I would expect it to be some sort of malware/virus. I suggest you scan your computer for any malware/virus with software such as:

Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

    OR what Jewbear says:

    Backup > Format > Reinstall

But feel free to post a screenshot of the actual message that says your system has poor health.

Its safe but its just a trial that they want you to pay for by telling you that you have all those issues. You should be able to remove it from your pc without any problems.
