    Default Windows Help!!!!!!!!!!!!! ASAP

    Heyy guys, Basicly my computer keeps restarting and when it restarts everytime it says Windows Explorer is not responding and ive done the comand prompt thing and everytime it says explorer restarting it will says something critical has happened with windows and will restart :S Help?

    Do you get blue screen, or just windows explorer is not responding?

    Na, I log on and it says Windows explorer does not want to respond and then after about 1 min it will says windows has encountered a crticial problem, You are about to log of and be restarted, I just tried a system restore but its too long before my computer restarts again

    What version of windows? If you've still got your disc, put it in and boot up. If it's windows vista or 7 it should have a repair option, run it.

    I do have windows 7 home premuim but when i got the computer it already had windows 7 installed on it so i dont have a disk. I have put it in safe mode now and doing a system restore from there

    All right, you might have to borrow the disc if you cannot fix it. You should try and take note at what causes the problem if it occurs again.. (Recent programs installed, Updates etc.)

    Ya, the restore fixed it. I rolled my computer back 7 days (to the 10th) that was just before i went through my computer and had a clean out. I must have deleted something important.
