Make sure that you really want to start studying atm or else, don't start at all because whatever goes in will come out. Waste of time and energy.

Nonono. That's not what I mean. I mean if you feel like studying at the moment. Sometimes, you feel like taking a break or tired and stuff.

Most of the time I get distracted but I always think 'if I get it done, I don't have to do it later' and I think of when the deadline is and how close it is and push myself to do it. Also, I get annoyed if there are a lot of distractions like my sister watching music channels and the dryer/washer being used, food being cooked general things that make a racket therefore, I suggest going to the quietest place you are allowed to go and attempt it there. Maybe have some low music on if you can't work without some sound and try to think about the deadline and stuff what I said earlier. Now that isn't a sign to panic you have to think to yourself you can get it done before the allocated time and if you go into a daydream maybe daydream some ideas for the coursework !

Take a break every hours for like 10 minutes. Just walk around, listen to some good music you like that will put you in a good mood.

Back when I studied I used to find it hard to get down and concentrate too... I just used to stick something on in the background, lock my door and get on with it. I'd get bored after 50-60 minutes, so I'd walk into the garden and relax for 5-10 minutes and get back on it.

Don't study too much as this isn't any better than not studying.

    Hope I helped .
