pretty much, im finishing a 2 year diploma in travel and tourism in june time, i will be 18 when i finish, my dob is 24/10/93 can i join another course in september 2012? and not have to pay as i will still be 18? help! plus reppo xx

I don't think you have to pay if you join whilst your 18, if you change course or college though you will.

At my College that I went to a guy there managed to go after 18 for another 2 year course, but it depends on your College I guess. Just double check with them.
