It only took 6 hours, one of vechs super hostile maps - canopy carnage.

I highly recommend doing one of 9 single player maps or one of his race for wool (multiplayer) maps, they are fun and very challenging as far as minecraft goes.

all the wool took me about 3 hours, apart from the red wool which took about 2-3 hours (red = hardest wool in every map)
