Very nice stats for only having 5m! Since I have not done GWD at all, I can't comment on whether or not you can handle them; you have better cb stats than me though, and Kyle said that I should be able to solo Bandos, so I'm guessing you're fine.

Claws (borrow if you don't have - VERY useful)
2 - 3 super sets ~ depends on food type
rocks/brews+restores
pray pots (omit if bringing restores)
BOB with similar inv to yours ~ food+ extra pots. remember to bring anotehr pouch
hammer - NEED THIS TO GET INTO THE AREA

this is assuming you mean GENERAL GRAARDOOR (bandos boss)

You'll also need a bandos and zammy item.
if you're soloing you will only last 10 kills or so, so it is good to find a team to go with just to get you used to it.

i use ancient mace for killcount when i dont have tasset and switch to normal wep when in the chamber. zammy arrow will do for zammy item

You can, you can use a spirit terrorbird.

And yes bandos cape will work perfectly.
