Default Help? Printer wont fill an A4 Sheet.

Hey everyone, in a desperate attempt I'm hoping someone will know how to help.

I got a new HP Deskjet printer the other day, and it works great.
But when I try to print something off A4, its cuts a side of it off

It's really annoying because all the other pieces I have in my sketchbook are full,
they have a white border round them but they fit the size of the a4 sheet.
And they were printed in college, but we get a limit of ink we can use so I'd rather do it at home.

That's basically what happens. I've tried un-ticking fit to frame but nothing.

Does it come out Portrait or Landscape and which way do you want it to come out?

Have you scaled the photo down to size to fit on it? I'm not totally sure but that's happened to me a few times, pity I can't remember what i did

It probably wont be this but if its a new printer you might want to align the heads and stuff.
