Hey,
I'm not too sure why, but I always eat and for some reason I'm losing weight? A Month ago I was about 6stone, now I am only 5. I haven't changed any exercise/eating patterns, except I am eating more than I usually do.
I have no idea why this is happening or if there's any was to prevent it?
