ok so i can do barrows rly easy but i never get good reward how can i get better rewards

You can't, it's all based on luck. A lot of people believe if you stay in the tunnels and kill monsters you get better rewards but that's just a myth.

no no, it's true. But it doesn't affect the barrows item drops, just gems, coins, runes, etc.
