Can do the side repeators, think you will have to open them up and spray the insides.
Don't think you can do the headlights.

You can apply tinting film to the front of your headlights but there has to be a certain level of light that can pass through, if you go dark, ideally you would need HID's, but you would also need projector headlights as otherwise it would look dire.

Furthermore, the MOT guidelines state any light projected from the front of the car must only be either white or yellow.

You can tint, but as long as the light output still meets MOT guidelines.

A lot of the people use Fly Eye:http://www.flyeyeskit.co.uk/

Check it out, although up close it looks weird.

That Fly Eye stuff is brilliant, know a guy who has it on the headlights of his Corsa and from a distance it looks spot on. Does look a bit peculiar close up though

Not seen that fly stuff but I've got Lamin-X on mine which I'm guessing is the same thing.
The Lamin-X looks really good on touches like fog lights but I wouldn't go all out on it!

Lamin-X is a thousand times better than fly eye. Basically Fly Eye is opaque with cutouts, sort of like the vinyl on bus windows. Lamin-X is a solid vinyl which is not only better quality but it's also tinted.
