Voice recognition

Does anyone know if there is any free downloadable software that will type what I say for macs? There is programmes to buy but they are really expensive. :-(

The thing with voice recognition is that at this stage it is quite unreliable. I can say with 80% certainty that you will not find a decent piece of software that will work as you would expect it to for free. This is due to the different dialects and accents that a language can have and Artificial Intelligence and Voice Recognition software has not been developed to that level yet.
