paypal problem

i recently sold 2 items on ebay but i forgot that i had linked my old paypal account to pay which is not confirmed

i had a new paypal which is verified with my bank details

so now i have some money stuck in my old paypal & cannot move it because i don't have any other bank details and paypal doesn't allow the 2 same bank details


anyone got any advice on how to move it to my bank or my new paypal

i've tried that, it says something like 'before you can send this money, you need to verify your account by adding a bank account'

and i only have one bank account which is already linked to a paypal

I thought you could verify a paypal by having them mail you or something? Otherwise just contact them explaining what has happened.

If you contact them, they may well close both of your Paypal accounts, having more than one is against the rules.
