I'm not bothered about the level required i'm pretty happy to train too it since it will probably make me money along the way.

Gemstone mining. It's usually quiet enough that you can find your own world to do it in. Wear a ring of wealth and amulet of glory (in order to get better gems). Requires 40 mining and the completion of Shilo Village, which has its own requirements, etc...

You can make a couple of hundred k an hour, depending on chance. At least 100k p/h though, I've found.

100k/hr is awful you are prob better off picking wooden shields from north of varrock at that price

I said at least 100k. It depends on chance. On average it's closer to around 400k p/h.
