I like to train on Ogres, east of Castle Wars.
They are level 53, no armour [I don't think], And they use Iron Maces.
Also, I like to kill them using my Dragon Long.

Hmm, Well I've grown:
2 Attack levels, 2 Strength levels, and 2 Defence levels, in 2 days.

i need to go up 6 attack levels so i might just go rellaka or w/e you call it

Yea, thats a good place too.
But its always crowded.
The ogres, its not always crowded on every world.
