Hi,
Generally how long does it take for a reply? I've got about 6 tickets open at the moment, none of them have been replied to yet, One of them is 16 days old, how long does it take?

depends on the type of issue as obviously some get priority over others. generally around 3-4 weeks these days lol.

I've noticed the tickets seem to be taking longer and longer to get a reply recently, I had a ticket which got to 12 days but as said before, it depends on the type of question. Ban Appeals usually take the longest in my experience.

I think ban ones take longer. my last one took 28 days.

Mine arnt even ban related
saying that im on a 2 day ban atm

I made two help requests on 26th November 2011 and received replies to them both on the 12th December 2011.

I think they replied to my last one after 18 - 20 days.
