I go to Port Sarim dungeon.
Range the pirates, you can hide behind the rocks.

if you don't wanna lose arrows
go to the wizards tower and range the leser then use tele grab to get arrows
when i was on members before i quit rock crabs are easyt o kill and give good xp(ﾟДﾟ≡ﾟДﾟ)
