i think POSSIBLY this has been an error on habbo's part that they either c+p the wrong winners list into both comps or something. it's far too obvious.

No wonder the same people win all the time. I agree with @Publicised it could be a mistake but I think they should double check each time before publishing.

probably some error if it's not then they don't want tog ive these things away so they just give them to accounts they made. Most likely a typing error though
