Since it will be 2012 in a few hours for the UK I thought I would ask what games people are excited for in 2012. Personally I'm looking forward to Mass Effect 3, Prototype 2 and Sonic 4: Episode 2. Thats all I can think of for now, but with the huge amount of games coming out during the year I'm sure more will be added to my list!

The last guardian if it ever gets released, along with FFvXIII. I have the MGS HD collection on preorder too and I also want to see MGRising and how well that plays. I'm not sure if this will be released next year, but The Last of Us looks good too and last but not least, GTA V (assuming a release next year).

Slightly less than I expected,
Final Fantasy XIII-2.
It's a bit crapper than I thought, with Lightning (pfft I hate her) as the main theme.
I LOVE VANILLE SO MUCH MORE.
But no other games, Wikipedia has a giant list and they all look naff

i bought a bunch of older games in the game sale this xmas because i really wanna get into a new game series, i've been hooked on gears for a while and i want something to go forward with. looking forward to fable (as long as it's more like the 2nd than the 3rd) and probably halo4.
maybe borderlands2 saw my ex playing the first and it looked fun so maybe i'll have a go at it!!
