Q about transferring licenses

Just a quick question, my brother bought a game on his profile on his xbox that I want. If I recovered his profile on my xbox, transferred his licenses to my xbox, then he recovered his profile on his xbox, would I be able to play it on my profile on my xbox, while he is playing it on his?

Should work. You may get banned though, as it is classed as marketplace fraud.

I'm pretty sure this won't work, you need to sign yourself into controller 1, then sign whoever bought the game into controller 2 for this to work, because the person needs to be signed in for the content to be 'unlocked' from the hard drive. I don't think DLC follows this same rule, but every arcade game me and my friend have bought works like this
