Anyone used a 'Paysafe card' to buy credits?

Just wondering if any of you here have used the 'PaySafe card' option to purchase credits? I'm not quite sure how it works - from the site, I'm gathering that you walk into a shop that offers paysafe card stuff and you exchange cash for a paysafe pin thing?

Also - if you have used or it or have knowledge of it - can it be used in 1 country for currency in another? E.g. I'm from the UK - Could I use the pin to purchase something online which is in dollars?
