Getting rid of badge bases

I read the thread that mathew posted about getting rid of badge bases and i tried double clicking it super fast but it doesnt work? Does it only work when you have just purchased the group because i have had my group october last year.

I did the same, it worked. But i'm not sure if it still works.

I did it after I had bought my group, maybe they have fixed it although you still disconnect when trying to put the base back. Just keep on trying.
