Is anyone going to watch an Olympic event?

Title says it all really. I just want to know if anyone's actually gonna go watch an event and if so, what event?

Loads and loads of my friends are going (some with the PE department and some just with family). I was on the 'trip reserve list' for the school trip, really annoyed aha.

Also, if you could, what event would you want to watch?

The event I'd most love to watch is diving however, I think watching gymnastics would be pretty cool.

I applied for about £200s worth, didn't get any. I'll probably just roam around London in suit and top hat, waving the Union Jack. I wanted to watch Ping Pong, Swimming and Badminton.

Not this time! I normally enjoy the swimming and martial arts the most though, so given the chance that is what I would see.

People from school in Yr11 are going with the PE Department to watch womens handball and something else. Something like that anyway. It would be nice to go but I don't really mind. I do like watching the cycling and Swimming the best

Was thinking about it last year however never got round to actually booking the time off work or getting any tickets haha. I'm sure I'll catch some of it on TV though!
