Default RBS 6 Nations Rugby 2012 - Discussion

This is going to basically be a 6 Nations discussion thread, and I do believe there are a few rugby fans on here.

    Who's your team got first?

We've got Ireland away on Sunday, not sure Gatland has the right idea bringing some only just fit players into the squad, Ireland will most probably focus on them, which I think will punish us.

England play Scotland in a friendly first, pretty sure.

Our team is ok, I wouldn't say great though. Inexperience and some key players out because of injury..

Yeah Ireland V Wales this Sunday. Will probably watch it, and hopefully will be an enjoyable game to kick off the season! I have some high hopes for Ireland this year, but i haven't seen them play in a while so fingers crossed.

I am really nervous as England has a new coach and lots of new players. I am hoping this is a positive move.

Lets go Wales [since the forwards are trained by NZ coach & Gatland is NZ born to ]

I'm gonna watch Wales and Ireland should be a good game as usual, not sure about England, I have a funny feeling they are gonna get smashed.

Well it is Scotland away so you maybe right. If it is raining then odds on you are. The new coach has a good pedigree but is an unknown quantity and I think for the Captain it is his first cap! Risky strategy but you never do know!

Won unconvincingly in my book. (England vs Scotland)

Hodgeson got the try which shouldn't have even been there in the first place and Strettle kept coming into the pitch more and more the overlap Scotland were getting was stupid. If they just got the ball out wide they could have scored lots of times.

I think the U20's are the squad of the future and England will flail till then, they won their match 59-3!

Farrell kicked well though, much better than Flood.
