The sad thing is that there are millions around our country in the position Doreen is in.

I can't understand a word she is saying and now I understand how people in London feel when I try to speak English.

I'm 99% sure this is what we call a "piss take". I'm fairly certain aspergers isn't something you place on your CV, because it looks better than bi-polar

That is definitely a piss take, reminds me of a few Catherine Tate sketches.

I read a transcript of what this woman is saying and I had a bit of a laugh! It is quite funny. Can someone please tell me what this accent is called? It's not the usual accent I hear when I am in London. Is this Scottish or something?

You have a lot to learn of our accents It could be Bristolian or some sort of Liverpool/Manc/Birmingham hybrid. Basicallly a mess Usually these accents only exist in Catherine Tate.

Ah, okay. I've never really been anywhere but London because that's where the train goes to and I like the shopping there. My British friends all live in the London area. I had to Google what Catherine Tate was and I must say thank you for introducing that to me. This was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time! This is exactly what I imagine French class in other countries to be like!
