Best places to go?

Me and my mum are wanting to go abroad for about 7days at the start of August. We're not super well off, so we're trying to look somewhere which costs about 600pp maybe?
We've been looking at places for ages, but we just can't find a good one. We've been looking through all the greek islands, spain, turkey etc.
(We've only been to the greek islands in the past)
Does anyone know any good places we could travel to?

I'm not sure on the prices, but the Canary Islands seems good to visit.
