Lady Gaga or Madonna?

They're both legendary pop icons but if you had to choose, honestly who would you pick? They are both top pop queens in different generations but who do you reckon is the best?

I have to go for Lady Gaga. Her piano/keyboard skills mixed in with her singing is just brilliant. I've never seen Madonna do anything like that. Gaga's live performances are always amazing and unique, but in terms of being unique, so is madonna.



Her skills are just amazing and I don't think Madonna has ever done anything like that.

So, Madonna or Lady Gaga?

both. why is it that the media (and then everyone else) must pit the female artists against each other and argue that you can't like more than one, but we never see this with male artists? like srsly, it's ridiculous.

Yeah I admit the media do go over the top but I am just simply asking for an opinion which you have given, both.

I do like some Madonna songs, but I prefer Lady Gaga. Much more unique in my opinion.

I see no point in fighting over artists, sometimes they release good songs, sometimes bad :S - Madonna and Lady GaGa are equally good in my eyes...

I like both but obviously I prefer Gaga for several reasons

I don't really like Madonna, I prefer Lady Gaga although she's a bit crazy..but I think that's what I love about her tbh

Gaga, even said in an interview once that she's going to be the new Madonna with extras.
So in a way she has kind of adapted Madonnas style

I personally like them both, Gaga gets on my nerves sometimes, and I don't get why she dresses so weird.. Some say it's individuality but I say she looks stupid in some of the stuff she wears, Lately she's calmed down which is nice to see!
However I like Lady gaga's latest album - The way it sounds more 80's than anything else, is brilliant. I love her Music style right now.
