How do you make automatic doors like if you walk one space from them they open.

What wired do you need etc.

WIRED Trigger: User Walks On Furni (select the item infront of gate)
WIRED Effect: Toggle Furni State (select gate)

..and to have it close again behind...

WIRED Trigger: User Walks Off Furni (select gate)
WIRED Effect: Toggle Furni State (select gate)
