    Default Customer Support.

    Ok,

    I decided to submit a ticket yesterday about an account I've had which has been permanently banned for a quite a while now (bear in mind that it was hacked, so the permanent ban wasn't my fault) and I expected the usual 2 month wait :rolleyes: - but I was absolutely shocked to see how long it took them to respond;

    22 hours.

    I don't know if they put permanent bans as a priority or what, but that does a lot quicker than most of the other requests people send in. I'm actually very impressed with how quick they replied.

    BUT

    I suspect that the entirety of the help tool is actually being over-run by automatic responses at the moment. Because I clearly mentioned that my account had been banned in 2009, and yet they still give me this response;

    "
    We suggest that you contact us in 3 to 4 months' time explaining why you would like your Habbo account to be un-banned and what you have learnt from the ban."

    Hmm, 3-4 months vs 1.5 years... It's absolutely ridiculous. The previous 3 times I appealed for this un-ban, I received 2 un-useful responses and 1 response that had claimed I was not "hacked" thus saying I somehow hacked myself then advertised a scamsite?

    Honestly, all I asked them to do this time was "
    Now, all I ask is that you do another IP check to check whether my account was accessed by a different IP, because I am sure that I did not "hack" myself -.-."

    It's absolutely insane - a quick response, but an absolutely useless response to be quite honest. It's almost as if they didn't read the actual ticket.

    Lucky tbh . They took 2 and a half months to reply to a ticket I sent in two years ago, and when I got hacked they didn't give me a safety ban until it had been over a month later; then closed the request and said I should speak to the police if I want help. Sometimes they're quick, when it's simple questions, but with ban appeals and things like that they tend to take ages at times.

    Not online very often

    got one ticket at over a month. got 2 responses that were irrelevant so its still pending. Then got another one at about a week. There is no point getting a quick reply when the answer is that :S

    I think the Custom Support in America is a bit ******. A few months ago, I decided tosubmita ticket as well. Isubmittedthe ticket on December 14. Then after 13 days Ithoughtit took them a bit long. So i decided towrithea comment. Then finally, on January 21, they responded to my ticket. It took them 38 days to answer my ticket. The answer was just a standard answer, that they copy-pasted. She said I could not have my account back. When I asked them why, she said "Either your issue has already been solved to the best of our ability or you have sent in numerous emails considered to be spam and we will no longer contact you regarding this issue". So my question remainedunanswered and my account remained banned. The Custom Support did not help me at all!

    I'm sorry if there are some faults in my text, but you have to know English isn't my native language.

    Very lucky to get such a speedy reply. I haven't made a ticket in a while now but my older ones have taken their time though.

    Habbo has decided to make a big effort about real people now instead of just making changes that nobody likes and nobody wants. Did anyone read the FAQs article? That was one of the things they were saying!

    I guess people who are still waiting for their request to be read could try re-sending their request as Habbo may actually take some notice of it now!
