You struggled to sell HC sofas for 2c per, would not do them at all. Very hard to buy at 1 per to.

Either buy bulk furniture from people at bulk prices - and sell at non-bulk prices. Another investment method is to buy furniture out of the catalogue that will rise in price when it is removed. Usually limited time furniture.

EG: Hospital cabinets when they were in catalogue - 3c per, now they sell for 4-5c per. Heaps of investment opportunities there.

Yeah not fireworks. Find something that you know will go up in price when it is out of the catalogue. Treasure patches for example.

Certain smaller rares tend to go up and down in price as they go along, personally i would hold onto any smaller rares and sell for more at a later date.

Drago furni will probably go up. I know that treasure patches go up by loads (that's why I've got myself some) so yeah, I'd buy them. Also, some of the new TV furni will probably go up when it goes out of the catalogue.
