Basically I have 2 jobs.
Now ive got 2 seperate tax codes for each job.

The first job i earn about 7000 a year and im allowed to earn 8300 a year tax free.

However my second job i earn about 6000 but from the beginning of the tax year im going to be taxed 20% on everything i earn.

With me so far?

Im just wondering that come the end of the next tax year since i havnt earned 8300 tax free in the first job (because i earn 1300 short of my limit) and im being taxed 20% on the second job does that mean that come next april i will get £1300 back? Or there abouts.. The reason im asking on here and not ringing them up is because the tax office is a joke and takes about an hour to speak to someone.

You should get that back, or close to it. That's what happens over here.

I'd imagine you would get 800-1000 back, possibly less.
