What is it? If one users decides to share music with a friend through their features can the user who created the account get in serious trouble with lawenforcementsor do you just get banned/warned?

I would expect the files to be removed and then you would be warned/account suspended.

Yeah I read that man but it didn't give that much information. Well I'm happy once it's nothing more than that. I don't think they monitor files, do they? I thought they just take action if someone reports it.

They may search for well known file names or something and if it's clear then that may remove it. I wouldn't expect them to take it any further unless the offence was being repeated over and over again.
