Good advert manager system?

Hi

I am looking for a good advert manager system to use on my website so I can do advert rotation along with other things. If possible it would be good if it offered a payment service so as well as creating advertising campaigns we could use the service to manage bills and so on (although if not I can use a separate billing system).

I've tried a few and used openx at one point but now it seems to refuse to work properly.

Sorry if I have mis-understood, but is it just a banner rotator you are looking for? Where it rotates the image with a hyperlink to wherever? Google 'Banner Rotator' else sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Thank's - that's the general idea but we want like a script service so we can install it on our site and manage them from there.
