Well, I've fed it raw sardine, Walked with it for 2 hours+, let it chase rats, gave it a bit of milk and I stroke it very often, but it still wont turn into a cat! What do I do?
EDIT: and I also used balls of wool with it

Go to the citezen (im not sure how to spell it) in west argoue and he will give you 100 deaths for it but you need to be done biohazard and plague city.
