I really want a classic record player that will play vinyl but make it sound olden.

Probably can tell I dont know much about them, but I like old technology and have a few vinyl up in the loft, as well as a seemingly broken record player, I think the budget will be just over £100, any help will be cool!

My grandparents have an old Fidelity record player that still works, I think it's from the 60's and when they play some LP's you can hear the crackling haha. Is that what you mean by sounding old?

My dad won't part with his record collection. Rolling Stones, Beatles etc.

You should be able to buy a second hand one from that era for a lot less than £100.
It's the quality of your posts that count, not the quantity!

Dignity does not consist in possessing honours, but in deserving them.

Well, you're going to need an Amp and some speakers no matter what turntable you buy. HTFR sell exactly what you want. Turntables haven't changed, they still use styli etc...
