What would you say is the best time interval to use when filming a timelapse video in a car?

    or

What is the best interval to use while driving in a car using timelapse?

These are the intervals I can use:

    1sec
    2sec
    5sec
    10sec
    20sec
    40sec
    80sec

I'd go for the 80 seconds! It's always best to have too much footage than too little. When I did a timelapse we filmed for like 15 minutes ha.

    ok ok

So I want to do a timelapse while im driving in the car but i wondering which interval I should use (look at 1st post), I want it to go faster then normal speed, but not to fast.

The journey I was thinking of doing will take about 30 - 40 mins

I'd say 20 seconds would be a good speed to do it at!

You haven't worded the question very well. What do you even mean by 80 seconds? One frame every 80 seconds, or 80 seconds of video at a normal frame rate, or what? I don't think anyone in this thread really understands what you've written.

Get the most footage, then could out what you don't need, always seems to work best !

I mean it takes a pic every second so if you have at an 80 sec interval it will take a pic every 80 secs

In that case, if you're going to be in a moving car, the higher the frame rate (for example, one picture every two seconds as opposed to every 80 seconds) the better.
