In some cases where it says 7/4/12 it means 4th of july.. (some people lay out their dates different?) and also at the end of the message it does say 4/7/12.

So, in this case it would be the 7th of April. You always have to swap.

I don't see why they don't allow you to find out when you're unbanned for wherever you are (or at least for all the hotels that were merged times..).

yeah, it should be tomorrow you get unbanned. just try not to get yourself banned again, it's happening a lot lately.
