    Default spotify.

i know @GoldenMerc; posted this a while back and i was wondering if there are any solutions cause i can't find the thread/ don't wanna bump.

basically: spotify is insanely quiet on my laptop despite being at full levels. it never reaches max on the mixer levels, everything is up at 100% and for example, youtube is far far louder.

    anything i can do?

You could try this if you have a windows laptop, click on your sound speaker on the far right on the start bar, then click mixer and make sure spotify is turned up full on that.

Could you open your sound mixer with music on spotify playing and show a screenshot? Makes diagnosis easier.

    Without seeing that:
    - Restart
    - Update sound drivers

Control Panel --> Hardware and Sound --> Sound then either:
    - Communications, switch to "Do Nothing"
    - Playback, rightclick default device, levels: check all max

That's with music playing?! That's displaying no sound from any software but sound coming out on the master mix.
