Default Trying to upload site to 1and1?

I am trying to upload my site - alexelliott.me.uk and I do not understand the FTP settings I have to put in. I am using Serif WebPlus 10 and I have to put in my:

    Account name
    FTP address
    Port number
    Folder
    Username
    Password

Where do I find all these details? I am really confused so some help would be appreciated...

Download FileZilla instead it is much better as it's a dedicated FTP client.

    1) Go to your FTP account settings
    2) Find the login information
    3) Open FileZilla and enter information
    4) Navigate to the correct folder to be visible wherever you want it (if it's cpanel, it's in public_html)
    5) Drag the files into the bottom right box and it will upload

    It's just much easier.

Thank you very much for your help, in the end it all works.
