Before anyone suggests it had anything to do with Martin leaving, I'll tell you now that it didn't. It was more to do with the management, or should I say lack of management in the department, but I won't go into it.

Thanks sososo much for all the help and support you've given me recently. I couldn't of got by on the forum without your advice etc.

You were by far the best moderator I've seen! It's such a shame to see you go, but I hope you return once the management issues have been sorted out.
