I'm thinking of buying this, seems like a really good deal. I heard that the graphics card is a little weak so ill that will probably be my first upgrade.

Yeah i read somewhere that its some generic brand 600w power supply, and i have a BFG Tech 600w in my PC right now so i can probably just swap it out. I'm more of a nvidia fan, got any nvidia cards you'd recommend?

Don't be a fanboy, if you go with Nvidia just because you like them better, you're likely going to be paying more for a lesser card.
