LOL, who actually gives them names.
it's funny on the news, as something like "Hurricane Betty", it comes up with a headline on the lines of "Betty terrorises through florida"
It depends on the strength, that's why they name them, i can't remember how they name them by it's by the Strength,
Occasionally visit and have a nose.

They name it in order.
They go through the alphabet.
They do a male name with A
Then female with A
Then male B
Then female B
etc....
When at Z they start over...
Yeah! Imagine if a Hurricane was called something like, 'Hurricane Bob The 2nd'
I actually think they have names by the person who finds or reports the Hurricane. :\ I duno,
Im not sure.. Could be anyone of those reasons :p
