Ok, you want to train your magic and your farming up but you don't know what one to do first, both are expensive and take time, here are advantages and disadvantages to both.

All you have to do is rate what one you perfer! Well...You have to read the thing first but you know.... =/

    Farming

    Advantages

    • Good for adding to skill total

    • Cheap and almost fast way to get fruits, vegatables and other foods

    • Something to do when your really, really, really bored...

    Not many advantages for that...Lol
    Ok disadvantages....

    Disadvantages

    • Really boring!!

    • Takes about half an hour to grow a potatoe!

    • The food you grow only good for making other food which isn't either that great

    • Seeds cost to much for what they are...

Still not many....Well if your bored then farming is deffinatly something to do, it will make you realise how boring RuneScape is becomming...

    Magic

    advantages

    • Well this is deffinatly more intresting than farming

    • Don't cost as much as farming

    • It isn't really boring, can be fun

    • One of the best ways to make money

    • When in combat a strong effective way to rid of enemys

Good advantages, now for the disadvantages...

    Disadvantages

    • Expensive, not as much as farming but still alot...

    • Trying to get certain runes can become a pain and you would have to resort to paying...A little extra

    • When in combat it rarely hits through rangers armour

    • Attacking spells sometimes fail

    • Magic robes are to vunrable when against melee

    • Only strong at a certain distance, too far means spells arnt as strong, to close and spells may fail more often or not hit anything but 0's

Yes I know what your thinking, what a waste of time but I had nothing better to do :p Might help you in this sort situation...Maybe..
