maj: 4-4.5 (most selling 2 for 9 or just 4 pure for one)
hammock: 1.5 (the few who have em still want profit, and people are willing
to pay that)
Aloe: 2.5 (its been 2.5 for about 1 month now and habbox they just decided
to up date, but thanks to that people who have had em now way 3hc pure)
throne: 18-19 (people are seeming them being sold everywhere so most wont
pay the 20 or so the people selling want)
petal: 2.8-3 (even though habbox messed up the price, people still wont sell
for 2.5 because they know people will always offer the 3hc their worth)
samovar: 1 hc (no one wants paras so most just sell/ask for 1hc)
snow: .5 (even thogh their .4 it really doesnt mean anything unless ur poor
or whatever but most want .5 since their are to few .4's u can trade)
dj throne: .5 (people who have em are waiting to cash in big, so u cant just
buy em for .2 or whaver it says in the section)

Thanks for posting your selected Rare Values.

The report looks to be good, however there are some errors in there but overall the values look ok.
As I say, you only report on what you see traded, as you have done, this is what makes your report unique
Try gathering a range of values so you have a wide selection of values to average out.
