    Q: Why have i been banned? :S
    Q2: I havent bought anything, so what transaction?
    Q3: I havent been notified at all about any payment transaction

    Please, i need help! This is my main account, and has everything i own on ittttttttt :@

    It is probably an error on their end. Just contact customer service and explain to them that you didn't make any transactions.

    Q: Why have i been banned? This is probably due to not being enough funds in your account. That's what habbo do, when there isn't enough funds in the account, they ban you. I'm sure there is a warning around the site somewhere.

    Q2: I havent bought anything, so what transaction? - I can't really answer that one, maybe you get monthly credits sent to your habbo account or something along those lines.

    Q3: I havent been notified at all about any payment transaction - If you have made a payment you'll be sent an email, check your junk folder etc. If not then go to your bank and get a mini statement from an ATM or go into the bank itself.
